The UK Highways Agency has put out a call for expressions of interest for early contractor involvement in the M25 motorway works package that includes refurbishment work to the 650m long Holmesdale Tunnel. Interested parties have until 18 October to register their interest. It is envisaged that up to five contractors will be invited to tender. Documents will be sent out by 30 November this year.
