The public were able to join public leaders on a mile-long, round-trip walking tour along the bicycle/pedestrian path adjacent to the construction site, where crews are now preparing for the world¹s largest-diameter TBM to arrive in 2013.

"This is the first of many opportunities we¹ll offer for a better glimpse of construction."
