Reports have described how a feasibility study on two underground systems for Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam has been endorsed. The Vietnamese government has assigned the city, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Finance and the State Bank to determine the cost of construction. It may then be necessary to gain National Assembly approval.
