Hazemag & EPR GmbH, equipment manufacturer in Dülmen, Germany, is now an independent company. Messrs. Schmidt, Kranz & Co, with corporate offices in Velbert, have acquired the business from equipment manufacturer Noell Services und Maschinentechnik GmbH in Hannover/Langenhagen.
The company is headed by Klaus Beer and is split into three divisions: Hazemag, for crushing and process technology; EPR, for mining, tunnelling and power station technology; and service centre, for spare parts, assembly/erection and repairs. Hazemag has taken the step in an attempt to safeguard its future as a medium sized, consumer-orientated company.
