MARG has until July 2013 to complete its work. The owner, the Bhavangar Energy Co Ltd (BECL) is developing the plant to meet increasing power demand from the large industrial facilities in the district.
Mott MacDonald will undertake detailed engineering of the system including intake and offshore and onshore pipelines.
