A network of secret tunnels under the South African parliament building in Cape Town, believed to date back to the apartheid era, has been uncovered by workers, say media reports from Johannesburg. The discoveries, which include concealed bunkers, passages and a large holding dam, are believed to date from the rule of Hendrik Verwoerd and John Vorster.
