TBM Jeanne Marvig has arrived at the future Fontaine Lumineuse station, marking the machine’s second breakthrough.
The TBM has excavated over 1.65km of the 3.85km planned from its starting point at the Colomiers Gare shaft. It made its first breakthrough in December 2024 after excavating the 105m from the shaft to Colomiers station.
The TBM is now advancing towards the Saint-Martin du Touch station towards its final destination of the Laporte shaft.
In April, TBM Berthe de Puybusque arrived at the future Ponts Jumeaux station to complete its first drive. The machine was then transported across Toulouse to being its second drive.
