1. Agenda for the conference

Following our notice of December 30, 2025 (the “Conference Notice”), the attention of the Participants is drawn to the updated and detailed agenda for the Conference attached as Annex “A” hereto.

2. Face-to-face meetings

  • Face-to-face meetings will be held only with those Entities which registered for such meetings as part of their Application (as defined in the Conference Notice).
    • Each session will be 45 minutes.
    • An Entity who registered for a face-to-face meeting is required to submit, by no later than February 16, 2026, the five (5) most fundamental issues it wishes to discuss at the meeting. Such issues shall be submitted in a dedicated email to the tender mailbox: ntapqinfra1@nta.co.il.
    • Entities who consider participating in the Pre-Qualification Process together (as part of the same Participant) may send their issues together and request to participate in the same meeting.
    • Each Entity may indicate its preferred date. The Tender Committee will attempt to accommodate such preferences, to the extent possible.
    • Following receipt of the issues from the Entity or Entities, the Tender Committee will inform each of which of the time slot allocated for its face-to-face meeting.
    • Attendance at the meeting is limited to five (5) individuals on behalf of each Entity or group of Entities (as applicable).

3.  General

  • Additional Information. Additional information (including with respect to logistics) can be found at the following link.
    • Tender Committee’s Rights. The issuance of this Notice does not derogate from any of NTA’s or the Tender Committee’s rights and prerogatives under the Pre-Qualification Documents or Law.
    • Without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, the Tender Committee reserves the right to modify or update any aspect of the Conference, including dates, time schedules, durations and procedures, at its discretion.
    • The provisions of the Conference Notice not otherwise updated in this notice shall apply.
    • Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein or in the Conference Notice shall have the meaning ascribed thereto Tender Documents.
